Hi! I'm Lisa. I'm a Chicago-based wedding photographer known for my classic and timeless style. I love blogging about my photography and my love of fashion!
What first sets the tone for your wedding weekend? Your REHEARSAL DINNER DRESS! This is the first dress your family and friends see on you. It’s the dress you do your first toasts, celebrate and take photos in. So when picking out your Rehearsal Dinner dress remember these things and make it special! I’ve searched my favorite shops and found some of my favorite Rehearsal Dinner Dress ideas for you to consider.
I absolutely adore this Marchasa Notte midi dress with delicate blue dots. It’s elegantly feminine with its v-neck and fitted waist. Plus I love the modern layers at the bottom. The second dress from ML Monique Lhuillier is a beauty! I’m pretty much obsessed with the beautiful lace and detail. Thinking about photography, both dresses would photograph really well and either would be a fashionable start to your wedding weekend!
I really think this first dress is so fun. Its classic but with a modern twist with its high waisted skirt and cropped top. I’m also a huge fan of the pockets in the skirt. I see this dress being perfect for a country club rehearsal dinner or a downtown rooftop restaurant. The second dress by Saloni is so pretty and sophisticated. I love the texture and detail at the ends of the sleeves and the neck. This is certainly a special dress worthy of your rehearsal dinner!
The dress on the left by Ted Baker London is so pretty and perfect for summer. I love the delicate details and the feminine touches. The Dress on the right by Hayley Paige is so elevated with its cut and lace. This dress looks beautiful and so chic.
Lastly, I found this Payal Jain Archer Mini dress by, almost by accident, as I was pulling the links for the other dresses. Again, I love the attention to detail on this beautiful dress. I think finding a dress with unique details will make your rehearsal dinner dress that much more special. Plus I’m obsessed with the Loeffler Randall Camellia Heels paired with the dress.
